Delete your account

Request account deletion

You can request that your Ollin account and associated personal data be deleted without installing the app.

1. Email privacy@ollinlabs.com from the email address on your Ollin account.
2. Use the subject line: Delete my Ollin account.
3. Include your Ollin username/handle if you know it (optional, but helps us find the right account).

We will verify the request and delete your account and associated personal data within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account profile (email, handle, and related account fields)
• Gameplay history tied to your account
• Coaching / chat history tied to your account
• Analytics identifiers we associate with your account, where feasible

What may be retained

Limited records may be kept for a short period where needed for security, fraud prevention, abuse investigation, or legal compliance. These are not used for marketing.

After deletion

You will no longer be able to sign in to that account. If you use Ollin again later, you will need to create a new account.
